Located within the leafy Dairy Farm Walk enclave near Upper Bukit Timah Road, the development sits roughly 1.2 kilometres from Hillview MRT Station on the Downtown Line.

This offers direct rail connectivity to Newton, Bugis, and the CBD, and enjoys convenient road access to the BKE and PIE for islandwide reach.

Across the road, Dairy Farm Mall and other established nodes such as HillV2, The Rail Mall, Hillion Mall, and Bukit Panjang Plaza provide a broad retail and F&B catchment.
