In its first U.S. residential launch under the flagship Banyan Tree brand, Singapore-based Banyan Group has opened sales for Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach, a 25-story luxury condominium tower planned for a 0.9-acre site at 635 South Dixie Highway in downtown West Palm Beach, where it is partnering with Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development on an 88-unit project with pricing starting at $1.9 million and completion targeted for 2029.
Banyan Tree makes its U.S. residential debut in West Palm Beach with an 88-unit luxury tower starting at $1.9 million.
The sales launch was announced March 24, 2026, establishing the company’s first residential offering in the United States after building a portfolio that includes about 100 hotels, 140 spas, and more than 20 branded residences across 20 countries. The site was acquired by Mast Capital for $5.2 million in April 2025 from FLF Holdings, and the proposal was presented earlier in March to West Palm Beach’s Plans & Plats Review Committee.
Although the article title references Miami, the project is located in downtown West Palm Beach, within walking distance of CityPlace, Royal Poinciana Plaza, Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue, and the Intracoastal Waterway. The location places the tower in one of South Florida’s fastest-evolving residential markets, an area increasingly positioned as a global destination defined by cultural infrastructure, waterfront access, and sustained development momentum. This trajectory mirrors trends seen in Singapore’s prime districts, where green-certified luxury developments along corridors such as the Singapore River have similarly commanded price premiums and spurred broader investment activity.
The building team combines OMA, the Pritzker Prize-winning architecture practice co-founded by Rem Koolhaas, with interior designer Yabu Pushelberg and landscape architect Enzo Enea, in what is described as a first collaboration among the four principals involved in the development. Plans call for every residence to function as a corner unit, with multidirectional exposure, wraparound terraces, expansive skyline and water views, and direct private elevator entry in most homes. The project also emphasizes environmental responsibility, with architecture and interiors grounded in natural materials, tactile restraint, and carbon-conscious operational principles.
Unit configurations will range from one to four bedrooms, supplemented by a limited number of penthouses, while the amenity program includes a 5,700-square-foot private club and 6,400 square feet of ground-floor retail. Additional offerings include a wellness center and spa with treatment rooms, cryotherapy, a hammam, and meditation spaces as part of the tower’s wellness amenities. Sales are being handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. The launch adds Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach to a growing branded condominium pipeline that already includes Mr. C Residences, Ritz-Carlton Residences, and Mandarin Oriental Residences in the broader market.
